When do you actually charge me?
When revenue lands and gets paid out through Tillio. If your project never pays out, you never pay us.
Is the 1.5% per payout or per project?
Per payout, capped per project per month. You won't get surprised by a runaway invoice.
What counts as a contributor?
Anyone with units or contracted payments under your project's agreement. Inactive members don't count toward your limit.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, anytime, in both directions. The new tier applies to your next payout, not retroactively.
